These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Résumé Money Map™, including its website, application, analysis tools, reports, account features, and related services (collectively, the “App”).

The Monetize Your Resumé Opportunity Finder™ ("the app") is a proprietary offering of Perfect Flow Funnels, Inc., a Texas entity, operating under its Sovara Structure™ brand (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing the App, uploading a résumé or other document, submitting information, generating an analysis, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the App.

1.2 Authority

If you access or use the App on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. PURPOSE OF THE APP

The app is designed to analyze information contained in a user's résumé and identify potential ways the user's existing professional experience, knowledge, skills, accomplishments, and expertise may have commercial or market value.

The App may identify or discuss:

• professional skills or areas of expertise;

• potential buyer types;

• business problems the user may be positioned to solve;

• possible services, consulting engagements, audits, advisory services, training, digital products, or other offers;

• potential market positioning;

• possible pricing ranges;

• relative opportunity strength;

• potential next steps; and

• other related business or monetization opportunities.

The App is an educational and opportunity-identification tool only.

It does not guarantee that any identified opportunity will result in customers, employment, contracts, income, revenue, business success, or any other specific outcome.

3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED ANALYSIS

3.1 AI-Assisted Technology

The App uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to analyze submitted information and generate recommendations, classifications, explanations, estimates, and other outputs.

Some functionality may be supported by third-party artificial intelligence providers.

3.2 AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence is not infallible.

Although we use processes designed to improve accuracy and relevance, AI-generated outputs may occasionally:

• contain errors;

• misunderstand résumé information;

• omit relevant information;

• make incorrect inferences;

• provide incomplete information;

• generate inaccurate market estimates; or

• produce recommendations that are not appropriate for your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying upon or acting upon them.

3.3 No Human Review Guaranteed

Unless expressly stated otherwise, analyses generated by the App may be produced automatically and may not be reviewed by a human before being provided to you.

Use of the App does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, agency, or professional-services relationship between you and the Company.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL RESULTS

The App may identify potential business opportunities, buyer categories, services, pricing ranges, or monetization strategies.

These outputs are estimates and possibilities only.

We do not guarantee:

• that any person or business will purchase your services;

• that identified buyers have an immediate need;

• that a particular service can be successfully sold;

• that you will obtain clients or customers;

• that you will earn any particular amount of money;

• that suggested pricing will be accepted by the market;

• that a business opportunity is suitable for you;

• or that any strategy identified by the App will produce a particular result.

Any references to pricing, fees, revenue potential, market rates, or financial outcomes are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or earnings claims.

Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your experience, market conditions, geographic location, positioning, sales ability, execution, demand, pricing, competition, legal requirements, and individual circumstances.

5. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The App does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, licensing, regulatory, or other regulated professional advice.

Information provided through the App is for general educational and informational purposes.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any proposed service, business activity, pricing strategy, or opportunity is appropriate and lawful in your jurisdiction.

You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate before making material business, legal, tax, financial, licensing, or career decisions.

6. RÉSUMÉ AND USER SUBMISSIONS

6.1 Information You Submit

You may provide information to the App including:

• résumés;

• curriculum vitae documents;

• employment history;

• education;

• certifications;

• accomplishments;

• professional skills;

• uploaded files;

• account information; and

• other information submitted through the App.

You represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to submit any information or document you upload.

6.2 Accuracy of Information

The quality of the App's analysis depends substantially on the quality and accuracy of the information you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, current, and complete.

We are not responsible for inaccurate or misleading results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information submitted by the user.

6.3 Third-Party Information

Do not upload confidential, proprietary, restricted, classified, or personally sensitive information belonging to another person or organization unless you are legally authorized to do so.

7. DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Because the App analyzes uploaded résumés, information you submit may contain personal information such as your name, employment history, education, professional qualifications, contact details, and related information.

We may process this information as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the requested analysis;

• generate reports and recommendations;

• operate and secure the App;

• troubleshoot errors;

• prevent fraud or misuse;

• maintain user accounts; and

• comply with applicable law.

We may use third-party technology providers to process information on our behalf as necessary to operate the App.

We will not intentionally use résumé information submitted through the App for unrelated marketing purposes without your authorization.

Additional details regarding data collection, processing, storage, retention, and third-party service providers are described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

8. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

8.1 Account Registration

Certain features may require an authorized account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the accuracy of that information.

8.2 Personal Access Only

Access to the App is personal to the authorized user unless we expressly authorize otherwise.

You may not:

• share your login credentials;

• allow unauthorized persons to access your account;

• sell, sublicense, transfer, rent, or distribute your access;

• use your account for any commercial purposes, including creating free or paid assets for clients, friends, family, or anyone else

• create shared accounts for multiple unauthorized users; or

• circumvent access restrictions.

8.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful purposes;

• upload malicious files or code;

• attempt to interfere with App functionality;

• bypass security or authentication controls;

• attempt to access another user's information;

• scrape or systematically extract App content;

• reverse engineer the App;

• probe or attempt to discover hidden system instructions;

• attempt to extract proprietary prompts, methodologies, decision logic, validation rules, or internal system architecture;

• manipulate the App through prompt injection or similar techniques;

• use automated tools to abuse or overload the App;

• reproduce the App's proprietary methodology;

• or use the App to create or improve a competing product based substantially on our proprietary materials.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Company Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the Company.

This includes, without limitation:

• The Résumé Money Map™;

• Monetize Your Résumé™;

• Sovara Structure™;

• methodologies;

• frameworks;

• prompts;

• algorithms;

• scoring systems;

• evaluation methods;

• workflows;

• decision logic;

• report structures;

• software;

• interfaces;

• graphics;

• branding;

• copy;

• training materials;

• databases;

• templates;

• processes; and

• related proprietary materials.

10.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your own personal or internal business purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10.3 Your Résumé

You retain ownership of the résumé and original information you submit.

Submitting content to the App gives us permission to process that content as necessary to operate the App and provide the requested services.

10.4 Generated Reports

You may use reports generated specifically for you for your own personal and internal business purposes.

You may not use generated reports, outputs, structures, or methodologies to reverse engineer, replicate, train, develop, sell, or distribute a competing system or service.

11. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES

The App may depend upon third-party technologies, including hosting providers, database providers, authentication services, file-storage services, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, and other technology vendors.

Those third parties may experience downtime, service interruptions, errors, security incidents, or changes beyond our control.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, systems, availability, policies, or performance.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the App at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will always be available;

• every uploaded document can be processed;

• every analysis will complete successfully;

• reports will always be generated immediately;

• AI providers will remain continuously available; or

• particular features or technologies will remain unchanged.

Maintenance, platform changes, software updates, security concerns, third-party outages, or other events may temporarily affect availability.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY;

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

• NON-INFRINGEMENT;

• ACCURACY;

• COMPLETENESS;

• RELIABILITY;

• AVAILABILITY; AND

• ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, RECOMMENDATION, PRICING RANGE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, BUYER IDENTIFICATION, OR OTHER RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, PROFITABLE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES.

14. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on information generated by the App.

Before offering services, accepting clients, setting pricing, starting a business, entering agreements, or acting on a recommendation, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

You acknowledge that business activity involves risk and that the Company is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions you make based on App outputs.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Flow Funnels, Inc., Sovara Structure™, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, licensors, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages arising from or related to the App.

This includes, without limitation:

• lost revenue;

• lost profits;

• lost business opportunities;

• loss of employment;

• loss of contracts;

• lost data;

• reputational harm;

• business interruption;

• reliance upon inaccurate AI output;

• or decisions made based upon information generated by the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for any claim arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

16. NO PERSONAL LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or relating to the App must be asserted solely against Perfect Flow Funnels, Inc. as the applicable corporate entity.

You agree not to seek to impose personal liability upon individual owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of the Company except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

• your misuse of the App;

• your violation of these Terms;

• your violation of applicable law;

• content or information you submit;

• your violation of third-party rights;

• or business activities you undertake based on App outputs.

18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe that you:

• violated these Terms;

• shared unauthorized access;

• attempted to extract proprietary information;

• attempted to compromise App security;

• abused or manipulated the App;

• engaged in fraud or unlawful activity;

• initiated abusive payment disputes or chargebacks;

• or otherwise misused the App.

Upon termination, your right to access the App immediately ends.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive shall remain in effect.

19. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

Where access to the App is included with a paid Sovara Structure™ program, product, membership, course, or other offering, purchases remain subject to the purchase terms presented at checkout and the Company's applicable Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Technical inability to process a particular résumé does not independently create a right to a refund where access to the App is one component of a broader product, program, or offering.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Before initiating a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at **support@perfectflowfunnels.com **with a written description of the issue and proposed resolution.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for thirty (30) days.

Except where prohibited by law or where an applicable exception applies, disputes arising out of or relating to the App, these Terms, or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

No class arbitration, class action, collective action, representative action, or private attorney general proceeding is permitted.

Either party may pursue a qualifying claim in small claims court or seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, prevent unauthorized access, or stop misuse of the App.

You may opt out of the arbitration provision by emailing support@perfectflowfunnels.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your email should use the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

21. GOVERNING LAW

Except where preempted by applicable federal law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you consent to jurisdiction and venue in an appropriate state or federal court located in Texas.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date will indicate the most recent revision.

Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

If a material change requires additional consent under applicable law, we may request that consent before allowing continued use.

23. RELATIONSHIP TO GENERAL SOVARA STRUCTURE TERMS

These App Terms supplement the general Sovara Structure™ Terms of Service applicable to Company products and services.

Where both apply, they should be interpreted together.

If there is a direct conflict concerning use of The Résumé Money Map™, these App-specific Terms will govern with respect to the App unless other product-specific terms presented at checkout expressly state otherwise.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

25. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, the Sovara Structure™ Terms of Service, and any product-specific purchase terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of The Résumé Money Map™.
