When you upload a résumé, curriculum vitae, or other supported professional document, that document may contain information such as:
your name;
email address;
telephone number;
city, state, or geographic location;
employment history;
employer names;
job titles;

and other information that you have chosen to include in your résumé.
You control the information contained in the résumé you submit.
We strongly encourage you to remove information that is unnecessary for the analysis, particularly highly sensitive information.
4. INFORMATION GENERATED FROM YOUR RÉSUMÉ
The App may analyze your résumé and create structured information or AI-generated results based on its contents.
This may include:
identified professional skills;
professional experience categories;
employment-related facts;
potential monetizable expertise;
potential business opportunities;
potential buyer categories;
business problems you may be positioned to solve;
potential services or offers;
suggested pricing ranges;
opportunity rankings;
confidence assessments;
recommended next steps;
generated reports;

These generated results may be stored in association with your account so that you can access your analysis history where that functionality is available.
5. PURCHASE AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION
If you purchase access to the App through Podia, another course platform, payment processor, or another authorized sales platform, we may receive information associated with that transaction.
This may include:
your name;
email address;
product purchased;
date of purchase;
transaction or order identifier;
payment status;

6. TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION
When you access the App, certain information may be collected automatically by us or by service providers supporting the App.

This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the App.
7. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use personal information collected through the App to:
create and maintain your account;
verify your access to the App;
process your résumé;
extract professional information from your résumé;
generate your Résumé Money Map™ analysis;
identify potential monetization opportunities;
produce and display reports;
maintain your analysis history;
provide customer support;
troubleshoot technical issues;
improve the reliability of the App;
detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized use;
protect the security and integrity of our systems;

We do not intentionally use your résumé to advertise unrelated products to you.
8. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
The App uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to analyze résumés and generate results.
Information from your résumé may therefore be transmitted to artificial intelligence service providers as necessary to perform the requested analysis.
The App currently may use technology provided by OpenAI or other AI providers selected by us.
Information transmitted to an AI provider may include:
résumé text;
extracted résumé information;
professional history;
skills;
accomplishments;
structured résumé data;
and information required to generate or verify your analysis.
We configure our AI integrations for business or API use rather than asking users to submit their résumés through a personal consumer AI account.
Where we use the OpenAI API, OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API customer affirmatively opts into data sharing.
We do not intentionally opt your résumé information into AI model training for unrelated purposes.
9. AI QUALITY AND VALIDATION PROCESSING
The App may process your résumé through more than one automated step.
For example, information may be processed to:
extract résumé facts;
analyze potential opportunities;
evaluate or validate the proposed analysis;
correct an analysis that does not meet quality standards; and
prepare your final results.
This means your information may be processed multiple times within the same analysis workflow.
These steps are designed to improve the reliability of the information provided to you.
10. LOVABLE AND APPLICATION INFRASTRUCTURE
The App has been developed using technology provided by Lovable.
Depending on the App's technical configuration, Lovable or infrastructure providers used by Lovable may process certain information necessary to host, deliver, secure, authenticate, maintain, or operate the App.
This may include:
account information;
application data;
uploaded files;
database records;
technical logs;
authentication information;
and usage information.
Lovable distinguishes between information submitted by the developer building an application and information belonging to users of applications built with Lovable.
Lovable's current privacy documentation states that data belonging to users of customer-built apps is processed on behalf of the application owner and is not used by Lovable to train its models.
Lovable may use third-party infrastructure providers to provide database hosting, authentication, storage, networking, or related functionality.
11. OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use third-party providers to help operate the App or related products.
These providers may include:
Lovable;
OpenAI;
database providers;
cloud-hosting providers;
file-storage providers;
authentication providers;
email providers;
Podia;
payment processors;
security providers;
domain and website providers;
analytics providers;
customer-support tools;
and other technology providers.
Depending on how the App is configured, infrastructure services may include providers such as Supabase or similar cloud infrastructure services.
These providers may process personal information only to the extent necessary to perform the services for which they are engaged, subject to their applicable agreements, policies, and legal obligations.
12. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR RÉSUMÉ
We do not sell your résumé.
We do not sell the professional information extracted from your résumé.
We do not provide your résumé to recruiters, employers, lead-generation companies, data brokers, or unrelated businesses for their independent marketing purposes.
We also do not intentionally sell personal information collected through the App in exchange for monetary compensation.
13. ADVERTISING AND CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
The App is not designed as an advertising platform.
We do not intentionally use résumé information to build advertising profiles for third parties.
We do not intentionally share résumé information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

These may include:
purchase confirmations;
receipts;
account-access information;
password or login communications;
security notices;
customer-support messages;
changes to your access;
App updates;

or
Transactional and service-related communications are part of providing the product and may not include an unsubscribe option where the communication is necessary to administer your account, purchase, security, or service.
Marketing or promotional emails, where sent, will be handled separately and will include any opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, account, security, purchase, or service communications.
15. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The App or its technology providers may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, and similar technologies.
These may be used to:
keep you logged in;
maintain secure sessions;
remember user preferences;
protect accounts;
detect fraud or misuse;

secure server-side processing;
private file storage;
encrypted network connections;

restricted administrative access;

separation of user accounts;
monitoring and logging;
and other reasonable technical protections.
Our OpenAI credentials, proprietary instructions, and backend system credentials are intended to remain server-side and are not intentionally exposed to App users.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You understand that transmission and storage of electronic information always involve some degree of risk.
17. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
provide the App;
maintain your account;
make previous analyses available to you;
provide customer support;
maintain security;
comply with legal obligations;
resolve disputes;
and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the system in which it is stored.
Because résumés may contain substantial personal information, we seek to minimize unnecessary retention of uploaded résumé files.
Uploaded résumé files may be deleted when they are no longer reasonably required to generate or support your analysis, while extracted information or generated analysis results may remain associated with your account where necessary to provide analysis-history functionality.
Third-party technology providers may temporarily retain information in accordance with their applicable service terms, security requirements, and legal obligations.
Where available and appropriate, we may configure automated deletion or reduced-retention settings for résumé and AI-processing data.
